Comment, Credit, and don't Customise without my consent (just ask, honey pies! ♥).

On gradients/tutorials/resources:
Credit, if you could squeeze it in somewhere is always appreciated, but not required.

Oh, and NO HOTLINKING. Hotlinking != to cool. :/ The webspace I use is not mine. I host my icons on Photobucket, and don't need my allocated monthly bandwidth eaten by lazy lazy people who don't want to sign up for an account of their own or save icons to their hard drives.

In short, Ellipsis can drink (and she does), vote (and she does), gamble (and she does), and smoke (and she doesn't). She likes Kara Thrace more than she has any right to. She's more about right than left brain. She's a jack of all trades (and arguably master of none), who writes, draws and makes icons and graphics various.

On friending me:
Friend and be friended! Be warned though, I have a weird habit of commenting on random entries.

On me friending you:
If I've friended you it's because ~~I think you're hot~~ I like your icons. }:D Or you write cool tutorials.

On affiliation:
If you want to affiliate, just drop a message on the most recent post. As long as you have a personal/closed membership icon journal or community, and your icons aren't utter garbage, I'll agree. I like affiliates. :>

On requests:
You can always ask. It'll depend on my workload and how I'm feeling as to whether I say yes. Also, it would be better if you could supply me with a cap, or tell me pretty specifically what you want.

On taking icons:
If you take them and don't credit, I'm not going to harass you, but you'll make me a bit sad. ._. Similarly, if you take them and don't let me know. I like to know where my icons are going. Plus, if you don't tell me you took them, I'll think nobody is using them and get discouraged. And stop making icons. Maybe. Well, at any rate, it's a risk.

On Bases:
Yeah... almost never. Assume that blank icons are not bases. Bases'd be clearly marked. Please don't mod my icons without my consent. :(

On asking stuff:
Feel free to ask me how I did an icon. I may post a tutorial if I saved the layers. Otherwise, I'll probably point you to

icon_tutorial, because I'm bad at explaining things without graphic aids.

On textures/gradients/borders that I have used:
It should be noted that I use almost exclusively my own textures/gradients/borders, etc. The couple of other resources I have used are listed under Plugs in the userinfo. You can, of course, ask me to provide the texture/gradient/border that I used, and I probably will, if I've got it saved. Usually they're just random things I made up on the spot, so if I haven't saved the layers of the icon, I may not actually have a copy of it.

If you think I've used something of yours and I'm not crediting:
Let me know. One of the reasons I use mostly my own stuff is because I can't keep track of who made what otherwise. I do have some resourses saved on the HD which I don't have sources for, so if you recognise a cap or texture and think it's yours, let me know. If I know it's not one of mine, I'll credit you. Do unto others and all that. :]
